Reflect

‘Reflect’ can mean ‘to throw back light’ (the physical) or ‘to express/manifest’ (the psychological). Within the video, I interact with a projected/reflected version of myself. The ‘inside me’ talks negatively while the ‘outside me’ talks positively. This project was inspired by my journal where I write about negative things and then reassure myself. One piece of text in particular, was from when I was struggling with living abroad, away from my country of South Korea.
