Eva's Garden
Brandon, Age 6
When Brandon was 2 he suffered a tragic loss, his sister Eva passed away due to a rare genetic condition at GOSH. The event was traumatic, and he’s still processing what happened. Brandon took inspiration from Frida Kahlo’s vivid use of colour, nature and how she uses art to express her emotions to create this portrait of Eva, surrounded by the flowers that adorn her final resting place. Brandon really took his time on it as it was so special to him.
