A Ukrainian Old House

This work was inspired by my mother’s country of origin, Ukraine. I spent a lot of time there before the war visiting various places that would replicate old houses and give a good insight into the history, which is fascinating. It made a huge impact on the way people lived their lives a long time ago. Houses were small, with small windows, in order to keep them warm during long and very cold winters and cool during hot summers.
