Alice in Wonderland

The inspiration for my artwork came from the story, Alice in Wonderland. In Art, we looked at the work of the surrealist painter Salvador Dalí; he created work that used his imagination. As a class, we looked at his paintings to illustrate a special edition of Alice in Wonderland.
I chose the clock on the tree because I loved the bright ink on it, the shading and the detail on it. I also liked the butterfly's and I loved how Dali made you try to figure out what it was.
