I write poetry and I wanted to raise discussions surrounding our ever-condensing attention spans in this time. I monoprinted my poem onto acetate to place on a projector and used these images as a reference for my drawing. I drew this piece over 42 hours, it is a large-scale drawing that intends to confront its viewer. I sought inspiration from conceptual artists Tracey Emin and Louise Bourgeois.
