Gloomy Blackpool

I went to Blackpool with my family and thought the lights in Blackpool were pretty. I was trying to replicate that. Most of my media handling processes were used to create a sandy appearance in the sand, to create dark and light tones in the sky, and different depths in the dark blue sky, the reflection of light on the water and on the small moonlight at the top of the ocean.
