Connie's very first home-schooling assignment this last January was to do a portrait of a family member from life. She did a pencil drawing of her dad, sat opposite her. Connie then decided to photocopy it (using the home printer), before introducing watercolour pencils and water, to bring in colour, and to give this mixed-media result.
