After studying artist Anastasiya Kimachenko, I have created my expressionist facial paintings using my own photography. I then began to sublimation print these paintings onto fabric and stitch into them using wool as well as painting on top of the fabric too. For 'A Judgemental Tapestry' I planned the piece composition using a smaller piece of fabric and I practiced embroidery on smaller canvases. I named this piece 'judgemental' because when I look at the faces I feel that they're judging me as they're looking at each other in discontent.
