My Hero - My relative: Edith Cavell

At school we had a competition for artwork of heroes and heroines. I created a model of Edith Cavell who is a relative of my family on my great grandad's side. Edith Cavell is my heroine because she saved lives of soldiers during the war and was executed because of it. I created the model by using chicken wire to create the shape and then I plastered over it and painted it. I then created the clothes using material and stuck original newspaper clippings about Edith Cavell on the board.
