I make portraits using Sony Sketch on my daily commute to school. These are portraits of two rap artists I admire: JID and Johnny Venus. What struck me about these two is the way that they have each maintained a completely authentic voice – achieving both critical and commercial recognition, while staying faithful to their background and origins.
