This piece of work was made from drawings that the student made whilst visiting a nursing home. The sitter had Alzheimer's and spent most of her time reminiscing about her childhood in the countryside: hence one pheasant is fully painted, and the other is drawn in charcoal to represent the fading memory of the sitter.
