Inspired by the Chinese dogfight festival, I tried to express the inherent violence of human beings. Using red and grey colours, I attempted to create a disturbing and provocative background image, which adds horror to the charcoal drawn dogs in the middle. Through overlapping the image of the dog owners and the audience, I tried to suggest that perhaps human nature is fundamentally evil.
