Mind Galaxy of Autism Power
Ethan, Age 8
This is Ethan’s ‘mind galaxy’. I asked him what was happening in the drawing. He said: ‘It’s my mind galaxy. It’s made up of millions of emotions, wishes, thoughts and autism power’. Ethan has an Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD diagnosis, along with severe dyslexia. He struggles to read and write but uses drawing to communicate the intricacies of how he sees the world.
