Finished Lamb Chops

I captured this strange moment whilst sitting in a restaurant with my parents’ friends. The man had been sitting strangely all night, almost as if he worried about the composition of his pose. Even the two clean bones lay in a painterly fashion. In some places, I exaggerated the bright colour and in others, it is an exact duplication. There is something inviting and unclear about the set up; the lack of a face removes any personal connection, leaving a semi-familiar scene.
