Self-Portrait

I chose to paint a self-portrait of myself in acrylic to reflect the happiness I felt in that moment. I was inspired by a recent trip to the National Gallery, where I saw a variety of self-portraits by the old masters such as Turner and Gainsborough. The pop art inspired caption adds my own twist and reflects my own quirky personality and sense of humour.
