Dalibor was born with complex needs including cerebral palsy and a multi-sensory impairment. He is profoundly deaf and is visually impaired. Art provides Dalibor with opportunities to meet his sensory needs and explore his own curiosity about the world around him. He enjoys a range of art activities but shows preference and a natural talent for photography using his iPad. ‘My View of the Turner Centre’ is Dalibor's response to one of his favourite places to visit, Turner Contemporary in Margate. He uses the iPad to capture his view of the art world he experiences, then manipulates the image to his liking. His work gets the viewer to look at that world from a different point and encourages them to see the world from his perspective.
