This small piece was created to illustrate the disconnect between personality and representation as well as how it feels to hide from our own thoughts and feelings. It shows a feeling of numbness and also decay through the combination of realism and abstraction. The work was stylistically inspired by David Booth and Daniel Jaen however I created it as a way of expressing my own feelings and conflict.
