The Jump

Guy, Age 14

  • Painting
  • Acrylic paint on paper
  • A4 portrait

This piece expresses freedom in the movement of a jump in contrast to the boring routine of the long straight road. As opposed to the image of a figure jumping to its death, the painting is actually intended to convey a message of joy and freedom. Inspired by limited movement during the Covid-19 pandemic, I have used this artwork as a means to share my excitement of the return of our freedom.
