Having recently moved to the city of Bath from Romania, I wanted to explore my new home. As I began to settle in, I decided to create this piece which combines two of Bath's defining architectural features - the Royal Crescent and Bath Abbey. By photo-shopping the ceiling of Bath Abbey onto the Royal Crescent I was attempting to express my own view of my new home through the method of intaglio printing, a process which I had recently discovered.
