Listening Project

Inspired by personal events and the idea of 'Toxic Masculinity' I decided to create a project that would promote speaking up. Each image is a portrait accompanied by a hand written note from the subject, talking about what they do when they are feeling down, sad or alone. The idea developed when looking at artists such a Jim Goldberg, who inspired me to add this personal touch of a hand written note.
